At Greatgain Publishing, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our books are printed on demand specifically for each order, please review our return and exchange policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns for defective or damaged products only. If you receive a book that is damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@mygreatgain.com with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the defect or damage
A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

We do not accept returns for non-defective products. As a print-on-demand publisher, each book is printed specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@mygreatgain.com to initiate an exchange.

Return Window

All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping

For approved returns of defective items, Greatgain Publishing will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other return requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $25 within the United States.
